- Underwear Requirements Participants are requested to wear white, beige, or ivory underwear
- Female participants should wear a white inner top with a built-in bra, worn under the outer garment
- Male participants should wear white briefs or a traditional fundoshi only
- 2 bath towel (to dry your body after the waterfall ritual) & 1 Face towel (to wipe your feet after visiting the Yudonosan Shrine Main Hall)

- Experienced Yamabushi guides or shrine staff lead all activities to ensure safety and authenticity.
- Accommodation at Yudono-san Sanrojo: Please note that guest rooms feature shared bathroom and toilet facilities, Japanese-style futon bedding. (Simple beds are available for an additional fee; please contact us for pricing and availability)
- To coincide with the opening of Mt. Yudono (from June 1), we offer an advance reservation–only hired car service called the “Tsuruoka Sightseeing Liner.” Please ask us if needed
